I strongly recommend this software. I spent 4 months in taiwan and it has been highly helpful in my everyday life. It works perfectly in most situations.
I was translating from English to Polish and it works great. BUT there is a problem with Chinese simplified to English ( I dont know if other languages have this problem too ) program freezes when I try to use chinese simplified.
Some bad moments
I download this app and was really disappointed because it doesnt support all advertised language i.e: Arabic
When u translate it doesnt capture the whole text, some words con missing even if you take the most steady and clear picture
I am in China and when I took pictures of what I needed the translation comes out very confusing. The text it captures has nothing to do with what is in the picture. Also it foes not have Brazilian Portuguese!!! Hated this app.
Such a sh..! I wanted to copy the translation but it costs me too long time! I want my money back. One star is too much.
I just wrote to app support and hope they can explain why its stuck from translating English to Spanish though it looked like it offered more languages especially in the pictures too. I feel duped.
If this isnt fixed Id like my money back too!
From Japanese to english it worked very poorly.. Just testing a simple phrase, black text on white background with no interference resulted in a lenthy paragraph of nonsense. Needs more work!
Bought this app and it worked fine for a day, then I got an update alert which I downloaded. It hasnt worked since, and there is nowhere to go to get any tech support. Dont waste your money. The update was supposed to fix some issues, well it sure fixed them alright! Now it doesnt work at all.
